이용약관

이 약관은 Kate Ham Studio(이하 "제작자")가 제공하는 Bible Whisper(이하 "앱")의 이용 조건을 정합니다. 앱을 이용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
1. 서비스 내용
앱은 이용자가 적은 고민에 맞춰 성경 구절, 묵상 문장, 기도문을 보여 주는 묵상 도구입니다. 고민의 종류는 이용자의 기기 안에서 키워드로 자동 분류되며, 분류 결과가 이용자의 상황과 정확히 맞지 않을 수 있습니다.
2. 전문적인 조언이 아닙니다
앱의 내용은 신앙적 묵상을 돕기 위한 것이며, 심리 상담, 의료, 법률, 재정 등 어떠한 전문적인 조언도 대신하지 않습니다. 중요한 결정은 반드시 해당 분야의 전문가와 상의하세요.
3. 위기 상황
앱은 응급 서비스나 위기 상담 서비스가 아닙니다. 자신이나 다른 사람이 위험하다면 즉시 112·119(한국), 911(미국)에 연락하거나 자살예방상담전화 109(한국), 988(미국)에 도움을 요청하세요.
4. 성경 본문과 저작권
성경 본문은 저작권 보호기간이 만료된 성경전서 개역한글판(대한성서공회)과 King James Version을 원문 그대로 사용합니다. 그 밖의 묵상 문장, 기도문, 디자인, 로고 등 앱의 콘텐츠에 대한 권리는 제작자에게 있으며, 개인적인 묵상과 나눔을 넘어 상업적으로 이용하거나 대량으로 복제할 수 없습니다.
5. 이용자의 의무
이용자는 앱을 법령과 이 약관에 맞게 이용해야 하며, 자동화된 방법으로 과도하게 요청하거나 앱의 정상적인 운영을 방해해서는 안 됩니다.
6. 보증의 부인
앱은 "있는 그대로" 제공되며, 제작자는 앱이 중단 없이 작동하거나 오류가 없다는 것, 또는 앱의 내용이 특정 목적에 맞는다는 것을 보증하지 않습니다.
7. 책임의 제한
관련 법령이 허용하는 최대 범위에서, 제작자는 앱의 이용 또는 이용할 수 없음으로 인해 발생하는 직접적·간접적 손해, 그리고 앱의 내용을 바탕으로 이용자가 내린 판단과 결정의 결과에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 다만 제작자의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 인한 손해는 예외로 합니다.
8. 서비스의 변경과 중단
제작자는 운영상 필요에 따라 앱의 내용을 바꾸거나 제공을 중단할 수 있습니다.
9. 약관의 변경
약관이 바뀌면 앱 안에 시행일과 함께 알립니다. 변경 후에도 앱을 계속 이용하면 바뀐 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
10. 준거법과 관할
이 약관은 미국 캘리포니아주 법을 따릅니다. 다만 이용자가 거주하는 국가의 법이 이용자에게 더 유리한 보호를 정하고 있다면 그 법을 따릅니다.

Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Bible Whisper (the "App") provided by Kate Ham Studio ("we"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
The App is a reflection tool that shows Bible verses, reflections and prayers matched to the concern you write. Your concern is classified automatically on your device by keywords, and the result may not fit your situation exactly.
2. Not professional advice
The App's content is meant to support spiritual reflection. It does not replace professional counseling, medical, legal, financial or any other professional advice. Please consult a qualified professional before making important decisions.
3. Crisis situations
The App is not an emergency or crisis service. If you or someone else is in danger, call 911 (US) or 112/119 (Korea) right away, or reach out to 988 (US) or 109 (Korea).
4. Scripture and ownership
Scripture is quoted unaltered from the public-domain Korean Revised Version (1961, Korean Bible Society) and the King James Version. All other content, including reflections, prayers, design and logo, belongs to us and may not be used commercially or copied in bulk beyond personal reflection and sharing.
5. Your conduct
Use the App lawfully and in line with these Terms. Do not send excessive automated requests or interfere with the App's normal operation.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is." We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that its content will suit any particular purpose.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, or from decisions you make based on its content, except for loss caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
8. Changes to the service
We may change or discontinue the App as needed.
9. Changes to these Terms
We will post any changes in the App with a new effective date. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, except where the laws of your country of residence give you greater protection.
